Great post, Chris! It takes a lot to become a true leader who can motivate people and touch them emotionally. Leadership skill is worth developing but I sometimes get carried away by my emotions.

Nice article! I read somewhere on another site about leadership behaviors and styles. Some guys made some kind of category for leadership styles.
The structural leader
Political leader
Symbolic Based
and other kinds of behavior-type.
